Job Summary

Own end-to-end lifestyle and wholesale marketing with a focus on launches, storytelling, and brand execution across partner channels and retail touchpoints.

Own cross-functional launches and go-to-market assets, ensuring brand alignment across partner channels and wholesale touchpoints.
Lead content, trade materials, and channel execution (digital, catalogue, trade) and track performance to optimize impact.
Oversee annual/seasonal plans and budgets to drive launches and storytelling in the footwear lifestyle space.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead annual and seasonal marketing plans across Lifestyle and Safety categories
Own the marketing roadmap, campaign calendar and budget
Drive seasonal storytelling and product launch strategy
Develop sell-in and sell-through marketing materials
Support distributors and wholesale partners with launch execution
Ensure consistent brand execution across partner channels and retail touchpoints
Oversee content creation across digital, catalogue and trade channels
Manage product launches and seasonal campaigns end-to-end
Work closely with Product, Sales and external agencies
Act as key contact for Dickies licensors and approvals

Requirements

Senior marketing experience in footwear, fashion, lifestyle, workwear or similar categories
Strong background in wholesale, distributor or partner-led marketing
Commercial mindset with strong organisational and stakeholder skills
Experience delivering trade marketing and product launches
Comfortable managing agencies and cross-functional teams
Licensed brand experience is a strong advantage
