  • Bringing our new culture platform to life in communities and spaces that influence our urban active consumers.
  • Drive our social and cultural strategies that keep us ahead of trends without lazily following them.
  • Develop integrated marketing strategies across every consumer touchpoint that don't just reach consumers—they convert them.
  • Protect the new brand identity and our broader lifestyle positioning, ensuring we always show up right.
  • Refine how we connect with our trend-driven, performance-minded, and quality-focused audiences. Turn insights into strategies that cut through the noise.
  • Lead campaigns that stick, creating content and experiences across all earned and organic driving channels that embody our disruptive, authentic, obsessive nature. No wallpaper campaigns here.
  • Forecast marketing investment with precision, track spend ruthlessly, and prove ROI that justifies our ambitious vision.
  • Lead, mentor and develop our team using our mantras. Direct agency relationships and freelance talent to get the best from everyone.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience. Ideally for a lifestyle brand rooted in youth culture that's actually moved the needle, not just maintained status quo.
  • Cultural intelligence. You're plugged into the movements that matter to our audience without being a trend-chaser.
  • Degree in Marketing, CIM qualification, or Marketing Week Mini MBA completion is preferable. We value marketers who understand the fundamentals—segmentation, targeting, positioning, and brand management—not just the latest trends.
  • Experience in retail marketing. You understand the levers to persuade people to choose your products and converted browsers into buyers
  • Consumer obsessed.You interpret insights like a detective and turn them into strategies that resonate with urban creatives.
  • Comfortable leading projects across teams and departments without losing momentum.
  • You see challenges as opportunities to try something new
  • Happy crafting the big picture and perfecting the details that make it work.
  • Continuous improvement mindset. You work at pace but never sacrifice quality. Always asking "how can we do this better?"
