Job Summary

Own and execute the EMEA marketing strategy to drive pipeline, brand and ACV growth, leading integrated demand programmes, ABM, events, budgeting and team development while aligning with global marketing and senior stakeholders.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the EMEA marketing strategy to drive pipeline growth, brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Act as the senior marketing leader for the region, partnering with Sales and business leaders to support ACV growth.
  • Lead integrated demand generation programmes, including key global growth initiatives and product launches.
  • Develop and scale Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for strategic accounts across EMEA.
  • Oversee the regional client events strategy, creating impactful experiences that strengthen customer relationships.
  • Drive quarterly planning and prioritisation to align marketing investments with business objectives.
  • Partner with global marketing teams to deliver seamless execution across digital, brand, communications and field marketing programmes.
  • Leverage data, insights and performance metrics to optimise marketing effectiveness and demonstrate business impact.
  • Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing regional marketing team while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Manage the EMEA marketing budget and continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scale and performance.

Requirements

  • An accomplished B2B marketing leader with extensive experience in enterprise technology or software environments.
  • A strategic thinker who can connect marketing initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
  • A strong people leader who enjoys building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Commercially minded, data-driven and comfortable operating with senior executive stakeholders.
  • Passionate about innovation, customer engagement and leveraging new technologies to drive growth.
  • 15+ years of experience in Marketing, within B2B technology or software organisations.
  • Proven success developing and executing marketing strategies that deliver pipeline, revenue and customer engagement outcomes.
  • Experience leading diverse marketing teams and operating within cross-functional leadership environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and insights to drive performance improvements.
