Job Summary

Own influencer strategy and cultural insights to shape authentic brand storytelling across trend spotting, platform formats, and client partnerships.

  • Platform and Format Innovation: push creative boundaries with new formats and influencer collaborations.
  • Strategy & Measurement: align influencer activity with brand direction and track qualitative and quantitative impact.
  • Stakeholder Advisory: translate cultural insights into actionable opportunities for clients and internal teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Cultural & Trend Insights: Stay ahead of social shifts, subcultures, and platform trends to ensure influencer strategies are innovative and effective.
  • Strategic Integrity: Ensuring all influencer activity is aligned to strategic direction - acting as the guardian between strategy, creative and influencer activity
  • Performance & Impact Measurement: Analyse influencer campaign effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data, optimizing for deeper engagement and long-term brand affinity.
  • Client & Stakeholder Collaboration: Advise clients on influencer strategies, cultural positioning, and emerging social behaviours to future-proof their marketing approach.
  • Platform & Format Innovation: Experiment with new content formats, influencer collaborations, and storytelling techniques to push creative boundaries.
  • Thought Leadership: Bring fresh perspectives to the team, sharing insights on influencer culture and how brands can show up in an authentic way.

Requirements

  • Influencer & Social Strategy Expertise: Experience in influencer marketing, social strategy, or cultural consultancy within an agency or brand.
  • Cultural Awareness & Trend spotting: Strong grasp of internet culture, Gen Z behaviours, and emerging subcultures.
  • Strategic & Creative Thinking: Ability to develop influencer strategies that are insight-led, impactful, and culturally relevant.
  • Relationship Building: Experience working closely with influencers, creators, and cultural voices to craft meaningful partnerships.
  • Data-Driven Storytelling: Ability to use audience insights and campaign performance data to refine and evolve strategies.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Strong presentation and communication skills to translate cultural insights into brand opportunities.
  • Agility & Innovation: Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments, adapting strategies based on cultural shifts, and experimenting with new formats
