Job Summary

Own acquisition engine for FitFlop across paid, organic, and partnerships, turning channels, data, and partners into steady growth while guiding market localisation and technical SEO.

  • Own multi-channel growth strategy with forecast, budget, and measurement across markets.
  • Lead partner and tech relationships to drive performance and experimentation.
  • Shape market-specific acquisition plans and localisation with ecommerce and brand teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own FitFlop's customer acquisition strategy across paid, organic and partnership channels.
  • Deliver profitable growth against acquisition, revenue and customer targets.
  • Lead investment decisions, forecasting and budget allocation across markets and channels.
  • Identify opportunities to drive growth through new channels, technologies, partnerships and customer behaviours.
  • Ensure acquisition activity supports wider business, customer and brand objectives.
  • Lead relationships with agency, affiliate, creator and technology partners, ensuring strong performance, innovation and accountability.
  • Challenge and support partners to continuously improve results and identify new opportunities.
  • Build effective ways of working and clear performance expectations across all external partners.
  • Lead the development of FitFlop's organic growth strategy across search and emerging discovery platforms.
  • Work with content, PR and brand teams to improve visibility, authority and discoverability.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in digital acquisition, growth marketing or performance marketing within ecommerce, retail, fashion, footwear or consumer brands.
  • Strong commercial understanding and experience managing significant marketing investment.
  • Experience leading agency and external partner relationships.
  • Strong understanding of acquisition measurement, attribution and marketing effectiveness.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on trouble shooting.
  • Proven experience developing and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Curious about how customer acquisition is evolving and able to translate new opportunities into practical business outcomes.
