Job Summary

Own and optimize paid media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels, while driving email/SMS journeys and robust conversion tracking to deliver client ROI.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Set up and optimize paid campaigns across platforms and track conversions with GA/Tag Manager.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Plan, run, and refine email/SMS journeys; monitor budgets and results.
  • Client Partnership & Enablement: Present insights, attend meetings, and ensure accurate tracking and training as needed.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Creating and managing paid online media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads (Search, Display & YouTube), Facebook & Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Snap Ads, and more.
  • Planning, executing, and optimising email and SMS marketing campaigns to engage audiences and drive conversions.
  • Monitoring budgets and performance across multiple clients to ensure the best return on investment.
  • Analysing and optimising campaigns, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
  • Preparing reports on campaign performance, sharing insights, and suggesting improvements.
  • Providing expert advice on tracking conversions and optimising performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tools.
  • Working closely with the whole team to ensure clients receive the best possible service.
  • Attending client meetings and supporting them with any technical requirements.
  • Helping with training (internally and externally) when needed.

Requirements

  • At least 12 months’ experience managing paid ads/PPC campaigns (Google Ads & Facebook Ads experience is essential).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (such as Klaviyo) and SMS marketing tools.
  • A good understanding of conversion tracking and troubleshooting in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and ad platforms.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills – you’ll be working with clients and the team regularly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude – we work in a fast-paced environment, so enthusiasm and flexibility are key!
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint in particular) and learning new digital systems.
