Job Summary

Own the celebrity and influencer agenda end-to-end, shaping strategy, partnerships and governance to deliver brand impact, fundraising opportunities and patient experience while keeping hospital priorities front and center.

  • Strategy & Partnerships: define the influencer and ambassador roadmap, recruit, steward, and deliver high-impact collaborations.
  • Governance & Risk: establish safeguarding, approvals, and senior-stakeholder guidance for high-profile activity.
  • Cross-functional Execution: partner with Marcomms, Philanthropy, Events, and Fundraising to translate talent into campaigns and moments.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the celebrity and influencer strategy, ensuring it supports brand, income, patient experience and hospital priorities.
  • Lead and evolve our ambassador programme, including recruitment, stewardship and long-term relationship planning.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with celebrities, agents, publicists and managers, creating partnerships that deliver mutual value.
  • Create compelling ideas, briefs and opportunities that engage talent and bring our work to life in distinctive and meaningful ways.
  • Evolve the function from reactive requests to a more proactive, strategic approach.
  • Work closely with Marcomms to translate talent partnerships into high-quality campaigns, content and moments.
  • Work closely with Philanthropy, Special Events and Fundraising teams to ensure talent supports key income and cultivation opportunities.
  • Ensure a diverse and representative portfolio of talent, broadening reach and reflecting the communities we serve.
  • Provide clear governance and guidance for working with talent and creators, ensuring activity is safe, appropriate and aligned with hospital protocols.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, offering strategic insight, sound judgement and a calm approach in high-profile or sensitive situations.

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading celebrity and influencer activity at a senior level, either in-house or agency.
  • Strong network across talent and agents with a track record of building relationships that deliver impact.
  • Experience managing high-profile partnerships with strong judgement and attention to risk and reputation.
  • Previous experience leading and developing teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate ideas into effective delivery.
  • Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and lead high-stakes conversations with confidence and professionalism.
