Job Summary

Own end-to-end influencer campaigns with a bias for creative culture, turning strategy into action while maintaining flawless execution and strong creator relationships.

  • Campaign Execution: own influencer campaigns from brief to delivery across creators, agents, and clients.
  • Strategic Collaboration: partner with Campaign Managers and Directors to translate strategy into action and bring cultural insight to every project.
  • Team Growth and Quality: build relationships with creators and talent managers, ensure high-detail deliverables, and mentor junior teammates.

Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Campaign Executive, you'll be at the heart of delivering standout influencer campaigns from start to finish.
  • You'll build relationships with creators and agents, help shape influencer recommendations, keep campaigns running smoothly and ensure every detail is delivered to the highest standard.
  • Working alongside Campaign Managers and Directors, you'll turn strategy into action while bringing fresh thinking, cultural insight and brilliant organisation to everything you do.

Requirements

  • Lives and breathes social media, creator culture and the influencer landscape.
  • Has experience delivering influencer marketing campaigns within an agency or brand environment.
  • Is brilliantly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
  • Builds strong relationships with creators, talent managers, clients and colleagues alike.
  • Has excellent attention to detail and takes real pride in producing high-quality work.
  • Is naturally curious, commercially aware and always looking for the next opportunity or emerging trend.
  • Enjoys collaborating with others and supporting the development of more junior team members.
