Responsibilities

• Deliver, monitor and improve our new integrated legacy acquisition campaigns across channels including TV, digital, radio and print.
• Play a key role in growing the number of supporters choosing to leave a gift in their will, while also supporting broader giving to Brooke.
• Use insight-led operational activity, work closely with your manager, external agencies and colleagues to drive continuous improvement and create positive supporter engagement.

Requirements

• Experience of delivering multi-channel campaigns.
• Highly organised and comfortable monitoring data, using this to inform and identify improvements that enhance supporter experience and build trust.
• Ability to turn strategy into compelling campaigns.
• Experience working with DRTV campaigns is essential.
