Own end-to-end product marketing for a B2B SaaS portfolio, shaping GTM strategy, positioning, and collateral across launches while coordinating with Sales, IT, and Customer Services to drive adoption and retention.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act as the voice of the customer and market in product planning - feeding structured insight into what gets built, for whom and in what priority, and helping shape a simple process for how new products are decided and sequenced.
  • Lead the go-to-market process for new products, services and major feature releases.
  • Coordinate product launch activities across IT, Sales, Customer Services and Marketing.
  • Develop clear product positioning, messaging and value propositions.
  • Maintain a coherent product and brand story across the whole product suite, so individual products reinforce each other rather than compete or confuse.
  • Turn technical information into customer-focused marketing content.
  • Create product collateral across digital and physical touch points, including brochures, presentations, webpages, FAQs, sales guides, launch materials and in-venue assets such as car park signage and QR/NFC prompts.
  • Plan and deliver launch campaigns across email, website, social media and customer communications.
  • Work with Sales to equip the team with the tools, messaging and training required before launch.
  • Support Customer Services with customer onboarding materials and communications.

Requirements

  • B2B SaaS launch : 4 years (required)
  • United Kingdom (required)
  • Office-based role in London
  • Location: Finchley N3 (required)
  • Experience in Product Marketing, B2B Marketing or commercial marketing, in a B2B SaaS, technology or software business.
  • Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills, comfortable operating across IT, Sales and Customer Services.
  • Strong communication and copywriting abilities.
  • Comfortable working with technical teams and translating technical concepts into customer benefits.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, under-resourced, wear-many-hats environment.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred

  • Has been through a services-to-product or product-led transition before.
  • Has been an early product hire at a seed or Series A-B start-up, a founding product person, or ex-founder of a small software product.
  • Experience driving product adoption and retention, not just launch.
