Job Summary

Own the discovery, marketing, and facilitation of premium personal growth programs, guiding participants through mindset shifts and transformational learning while managing schedules with autonomy.

  • Growth Program Marketing & Positioning: market premium personal growth programs to target learners
  • Client Outreach & Lead Generation: engage prospects with guided, training-supported outreach
  • Coaching & Workshop Facilitation: guide learners through mindset shifts and participate in virtual workshops

Responsibilities

  • Share and market premium personal growth programs using proven tools and strategies
  • Engage in client outreach and lead generation activities (training provided)
  • Guide individuals toward transformational learning and mindset shifts
  • Attend virtual workshops and team masterminds
  • Manage your schedule and projects with autonomy — part-time or full-time

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in coaching, HR, leadership, consulting, education , or similar fields
  • A growth mindset and the ability to self-manage in a remote setting
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • A natural interest in self-development, mindset, and helping others grow
