Job Summary

Own and optimize account performance end to end, balancing commercial impact with strategic goals and guiding experimentation, while keeping the client lead informed on changes, prioritization, and impact.

  • Account performance and task quality: drive high standards aligned to business goals, including end-to-end experimentation with clear measurement.
  • Opportunity discovery and client-facing prioritization: identify high-impact projects, outline effort and expected impact, and communicate it to the client lead.
  • Team support and collaboration: mentor junior teammates, set work priorities, and facilitate cross-team coordination beyond Paid Social.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own account performance, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard with alignment to broader business goals
  • Take accountability for account changes, keeping team members informed of what actions are being taken and why
  • Identify new project opportunities with a clear outline of impact and effort, communicating high-impact projects to the client lead
  • Lead end-to-end experimentation, ensuring robust methodology and clear measurement of results
  • Support junior team members on account work, setting tasks and helping with prioritisation

Requirements

  • A strong understanding of Paid Social, with the ability to identify opportunities for clients and the agency
  • Good analytical skills - you'll work alongside data and analytics teams, but you should be comfortable doing some of your own analysis too
  • Advanced client communication - able to lead regular conversations, support with workshops, and manage competing priorities
  • Effective prioritisation and delegation across junior team members, balancing commercial impact with strategic goals
  • Comfortable challenging ideas and giving upwards feedback
  • Collaborative across teams and projects beyond Paid Social
