Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Account strategy and growth planning. Build clear Paid Social strategies and 30/60/90-day growth plans that connect spend, creative, product, audience and profitability.
  • Full-funnel campaign management. Plan, build, optimise and scale Meta campaigns across acquisition, retargeting, catalogue and promotional activity, using consolidated account structures wherever this supports stronger learning and performance.
  • Commercial performance. Make decisions using CPA/CAC, MER, contribution margin, AOV, new versus returning customer mix, LTV, volume and revenue - not ROAS in isolation.
  • Budget ownership. Control budgets, forecasts, scaling decisions and cost controls with a clear understanding of risk, efficiency and the client’s wider commercial targets.
  • Client leadership. Act as the primary day-to-day contact for your accounts, leading weekly calls and providing clear, proactive communication through Slack, email and Google Meet.
  • Reporting and insight. Deliver useful weekly reporting that explains what happened, why it happened, what it means for the business and what action will be taken next.
  • Creative strategy. Translate account data, customer research and brand positioning into high-quality creative briefs, testing roadmaps, personas, hooks, formats and angles.
  • Creative delivery cadence. Work with the designer and wider pod to maintain a reliable flow of new work - typically 4-6 new concepts every two weeks and 20+ assets per month, adapted to each client’s needs.
  • Testing and iteration. Create clear testing frameworks, identify creative fatigue, protect learning, scale winners and turn results into repeatable creative and media learnings.
  • Onboarding and tracking. Support new-client onboarding, account audits, access setup, tracking checks, pixel/CAPI quality, naming conventions, QA and launch readiness.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Paid Social experience, with Meta as a core channel.
  • 2+ years working with e-commerce or DTC brands, ideally in an agency environment.
  • A proven ability to own multiple client accounts and prioritise effectively in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to confidently navigate AI Platforms and models for both analytics and creative production
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence moving between platform data, Shopify performance and wider commercial metrics.
  • A solid understanding of creative strategy, customer research, messaging, testing and creative performance analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to simplify complex performance issues for clients.
  • Strong attention to detail across campaign builds, budgets, tracking, reporting and creative QA.
  • A commercially minded approach: you understand that client retention is earned through performance, clarity, reliability and trust.

Preferred

  • Experience with Google Ads or the ability to work confidently alongside a Paid Search specialist.
  • Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversions API, event testing, attribution and e-commerce tracking troubleshooting.
  • Experience using profit analytics, cohort data or new-customer reporting to guide channel strategy.
  • Experience mentoring an executive, coordinating a pod or contributing to agency processes and training.

Benefits

  • 40k/year Salary
  • 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
  • Fully remote (UK-based)
  • Clear performance-based progression
  • Direct access to senior leadership
  • Real account ownership and responsibility
