Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Paid Media Delivery & Optimisation
  • Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across PPC, paid search, shopping, display, YouTube and paid social.
  • Ensure campaigns are performance-led, data-driven and aligned to client objectives.
  • Actively optimise accounts to improve efficiency, scale and ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience research and competitor analysis.
  • Implement testing strategies across creatives, audiences, bidding and formats.
  • Account set up and accurate conversion tracking.
  • Client Management & Reporting
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships for assigned accounts.
  • Deliver clear, insightful performance reporting with actionable recommendations.
  • Support client strategy discussions and performance reviews.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance and grow accounts.
  • Team Support & Best Practice
  • Maintain best-practice standards across account structure, optimisation and reporting.
  • Support and mentor Paid Media Executives and junior team members.
  • Assist in troubleshooting performance challenges across accounts.
  • Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Team organisation and client allocation.
  • Agency Collaboration & Growth
  • Work closely with SEO, social, analytics and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Support new business activity, including audits, forecasts and strategy input.
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, new features and industry trends.
