Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, planning, and delivery of paid content activity across creators, influencers, publishers, podcasts, and editorial partnerships.
  • Identify and develop partnerships with trusted voices and platforms that strengthen Lovehoney’s brand authority and reach new audiences.
  • Manage campaigns end-to-end, from briefing and partner selection through to execution, optimisation, and performance analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners across different commercial models, ensuring investment delivers measurable impact.
  • Work closely with PR, Brand, Creative, and Commercial teams to ensure paid content supports wider brand strategy and business objectives.
  • Use data, insights, AI tools, and emerging trends to improve campaign effectiveness, reporting, and ways of working.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in influencer marketing, content partnerships, paid content, or digital brand marketing within a fast-moving consumer or ecommerce environment.
  • Proven ability to build creator, publisher, or editorial partnerships that deliver measurable commercial results.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and optimise investment decisions.
  • Excellent creative judgement, with the ability to develop authentic content strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across PR, Brand, Creative, and Commercial teams.
  • Genuine curiosity and a proactive mindset, with a passion for storytelling, culture, and the evolving creator economy.
  • Openness to using AI tools, GPTs, and automation to improve campaign planning, research, reporting, and efficiency.
