Job Summary

Own the end-to-end fan experience engine from creative campaigns to monetization, driving audience growth and revenue through e-commerce and music-industry partnerships.

  • Campaigns & Experiences: Lead artist campaigns, merch launches, and fan experiences that blend creativity with commercial outcomes.
  • Audience & Revenue Growth: Build programs to grow fans, boost engagement, and generate revenue through commerce and industry initiatives.
  • Fan Insight & Culture: Use fan insight and music culture to shape campaigns with major-label and touring collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver artist campaigns, merchandise launches and memorable fan experiences that combine creativity, commercial ambition and meaningful outcomes.
  • Grow audiences, deepen engagement and drive meaningful revenue through e-commerce and music industry initiatives.
  • Work with a team with experience across major labels and touring to create world-class fan experiences that generate life-changing support for young people with cancer.
  • Combine commercial creativity with fan insight, digital innovation and a deep understanding of music culture to achieve objectives.
