Job Summary

Own the marketplace growth engine and GTM playbook, with clear ownership of partner onboarding and catalog stock, plus driving rapid user and inquiry scale across the platform.

Marketplace development and GTM strategy: own the growth plan, partner strategy, and go-to-market sequencing.
Onboard trade partners and stock upload: manage partner onboarding workflows and ensure catalog readiness for demand.
Rapidly scale users and enquiries: drive activation, onboarding velocity, and inquiry conversion through targeted campaigns and partner collaboration.
