Responsibilities

• Collateral Development: Able to use InDesign to complete collateral (brochures / sales sheets) following brand standards
• Able to use Photoshop for basic photography resizing / formatting
• Able to use Illustrator for basic layout / graphic production
• Website: Data entry / ensuring product data is complete and kept up to date
• Uploading images, completing product usp’s / features & benefits
• Basic SEO – image formatting / naming, internal linking, copywriting
• Asset Management: Organising and collating product content and assets from in-house and external content creators
• Organising and archiving collateral for reference by in-house sales and external distributors
• Social Media: Assisting the in-house content creator with the production process – planning / delivery of content, copywriting, community management, responding to comments and messages
• Studio calendar scheduling

Requirements

• 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing, design or content-focused role
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines
• Good written communication skills, with the ability to support copywriting and content creation
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks across different marketing projects
