Job Summary

Own the cross functional performance story and forecast processes that connect marketing, fundraising and finance to a central view. Identify risks and opportunities and push insight into planning and BI storytelling for decision making.

  • Performance Storytelling: Align audience performance with hub & spoke teams and ensure a trusted view across Finance and DIP.
  • Forecasting & Planning: Own budgeting, reforecasts, scenario modelling, and ROI optimisation with multiple partners.
  • Performance Enablement: Simplify access to data, drive governance, and push data-driven improvements in processes and supporter engagement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate the function performance story across hub & spoke, partnering with performance managers, Finance and DIP colleagues for a consistent view.
  • Facilitate a performance management process with measurement frameworks and regular reviews to identify risks and opportunities for action.
  • Lead forecasting and financial performance management with Finance, Events and Marketing, including annual budgeting, in-year reforecasts and scenario modelling.
  • Ensure stakeholders access a central, up-to-date view of performance that is independent and easy to use.
  • Collaborate with DIP to reduce manual work and push innovation in data to improve processes, offerings and supporter engagement.
  • Partner with marketing, fundraising and finance to set campaign and audience targets underpinned by forecasting and evidence-based assumptions.
  • Lead with Senior Programme and Senior Product Managers to prioritise, commission and deliver the PM activity programme.
