Job Description

  • Be the main point of contact between the global team and UK sales team, ensuring UK market requirements stay front and centre in development and pushing back when needed.
  • Develop an annual plan in collaboration with sales that addresses key issues and builds KPIs for growth.
  • Keep consumer insight at the heart of brand strategy while applying a commercial lens.
  • Continually analyze portfolio performance and keep the brand proposition ahead of the competition with an optimum shelf range across formats and sub ranges.
  • Execute EPD and NPD with excellence from sell-ins to social activations and influencer engagement to drive visibility, talkability, penetration, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with the global team on the digital first strategy (paid media) and in-store activation with clear evaluation and plan iteration.
  • Manage the digital and social brand presence delivering relevancy and meaningfulness to consumers.
  • Define and build a local community through events, partnerships, and collaborations executed with excellence.
  • Manage the marketing budget and reporting to ensure efficient spend.
