Job Summary

Own the multi-channel growth engine for a digital fitness platform by driving acquisition, brand lift, and data-driven optimization across paid, organic, and content channels.

  • Growth ownership across multi-channel acquisition, including SEO, paid media, and performance marketing.
  • Content, social, and partnerships to sustain a consistent brand presence and support events/community initiatives.
  • Analytics and prioritization to surface growth opportunities and guide leadership on marketing priorities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • driving customer acquisition, increasing brand awareness and supporting the company's next phase of growth through effective multi-channel marketing strategies.

  • Develop and deliver marketing strategies that support business growth and customer acquisition.
  • Manage and optimise performance marketing activity across channels including SEO, PPC and paid media.
  • Track, analyse and report on marketing performance, making data-led recommendations to improve results.
  • Oversee content marketing and social media activity to ensure a consistent and engaging brand presence.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and marketing priorities.
  • Coordinate the development of marketing assets and manage relationships with external agencies or creative partners.
  • Support partnership, event and community-based marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years' marketing experience, ideally within a digital, technology, SaaS or platform-based business.
  • Proven experience marketing a digital product or service and driving measurable growth outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, including SEO, PPC, paid media and digital acquisition strategies.
  • Commercially minded, analytical and comfortable using data to inform decision-making.
  • Able to work autonomously, take ownership and thrive within a growing business.
  • Experience working in a scale-up, start-up or high-growth environment would be advantageous.
  • A genuine interest in sport, fitness and active lifestyles is essential.
  • Experience marketing to sport, fitness, participation event or membership-based audiences would be highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
