Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy & Execution: Support the EMEA commercial marketing strategy to drive revenue growth, market penetration, and long-term brand value.
  • Regional Insights & Planning: Contribute regional insights and market knowledge to planning cycles and identify growth opportunities across EMEA.
  • Channel-Relevant Marketing: Ensure marketing activity is channel-relevant, commercially focused, and aligned to both EMEA priorities and global brand direction.
  • Performance & ROI Tracking: Track EMEA marketing KPIs, supporting a results-driven, performance-led approach across all activity.
  • Budget & ROI Management: Assist with the management of the EMEA marketing budget, ensuring disciplined investment and clear ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, product, and finance, leveraging shared resources to deliver high-quality outputs.

Requirements

  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across cross-functional and international teams.
  • Commercially minded marketing professional with experience across international markets, particularly EMEA retail and consumer behaviour.
  • Good understanding of the full marketing mix (brand, digital, PR, creative, trade), with the ability to contribute to integrated, high-impact campaigns.
  • Experience in marketing planning and go-to-market execution, with exposure to multi-channel product launches.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Highly self-motivated and hands-on, with good project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results at pace.
