Job Summary

Own cross-channel event and partner marketing, from social and emails to event materials and media partnerships, with a strong hand on content, calendars, and audience engagement.

  • Content creation across social, websites, and email campaigns with external vendors coordination.
  • Event materials, promotions, and partnerships to boost attendance and visibility for webinars, podcasts, and conferences.
  • Content calendar planning and campaign scoping across multiple events to drive engagement and leads.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Creating written and graphic content for our social media platforms (primarily LinkedIn)
  • Managing website updates in coordination with third-party providers (graphic designers and webmasters)
  • Planning and writing emailing campaigns, including tracking links, to our databases
  • Working with event partners to create promotional material ahead of events (podcasts, interviews, webinars etc)
  • Working with our designers to produce event materials including banners, brochures, event catalogues and on-site signage
  • Developing and managing media partnerships with external stakeholders
  • Thinking up new ways to engage audiences and promote our events to new clients
  • Planning content and marketing calendars across different events

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in event or B2B marketing, with the ability to plan and deliver integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Strong skills in content creation and copywriting for marketing materials, websites, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing software, CRM systems, social media management tools, analytics dashboards).
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and adjust strategies to improve engagement and event attendance.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with experience working across teams and with external partners.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, including managing multiple events, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not a requirement
