Job Summary

Own multi-brand marketing operations across websites, SEO, campaigns, and brand governance to drive consistent growth and support acquisitions.

  • Manage group websites, SEO, and technical updates across brands.
  • Drive campaigns and channels including Meta ads and email with aligned messaging.
  • Guard brand identity, create sales literature and onboarding materials for acquisitions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Managing and updating group websites across all brands — content, structure, SEO, and technical updates
  • SEO across all brands — area pages, meta tags, schema markup, Google My Business
  • Running Meta advertising campaigns — strategy, creative, targeting, and reporting
  • Email marketing — prospecting and client-facing campaigns, written and deployed
  • Brand guardianship across multiple brand identities — maintaining consistency across all touchpoints
  • Marketing literature — brochures, pitch packs, window cards, and templates
  • Automated client communications — copy, tone, and sequencing
  • Campaign delivery for our new build and developer partners
  • Creating presentations and pitch materials for acquiring new developer partners and new businesses joining the group
  • Supporting future acquisitions with brand onboarding and integration as the group scales

Requirements

  • Strong on digital — Meta ads, SEO, email marketing, website management
  • Experience in property or a related industry is a bonus but not essential — the right attitude and skillset matter more to us
  • A self-starter who can work independently and take genuine ownership
  • Someone comfortable working across multiple brands simultaneously
  • Organised, reliable, and able to manage competing priorities without dropping the ball
  • Bonus: video editing experience

  • Experience in property or a related industry (bonus)
  • Video editing experience
