Own hands-on visual design and content creation across social, email, and web touchpoints while keeping campaigns on-brand and visually compelling.

Design graphics and marketing materials for social, email, websites, decks, brochures, and event collateral.
Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram and help plan and schedule social content and emails.
Support marketing campaigns and brand awareness with visuals and day-to-day design work.

Own visual design assets for social media, email campaigns, websites, presentations, brochures, and event materials.
Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram and assist with planning and scheduling social content and email campaigns.
Support marketing campaigns and brand awareness initiatives with day to day design work and content updates.

Experience using design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or similar.
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for visual design and branding.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience.
Education: A-Level or equivalent (required)
Work authorisation: United Kingdom (required)

Industry Knowledge: Experience with financial promotions is advantageous but not required. Comprehensive industry-specific training will be provided to the right candidate.
