Job Summary

Own a compact marketing execution engine that blends content, social, campaigns, and analytics with strong cross-functional collaboration.

  • Content Engine: Create blogs, social posts, and emails that move engagement and create ready-to-share assets for campaigns.
  • Campaign & Social Execution: Plan and monitor campaigns while managing social channels and performance signals.
  • Analytics & Collaboration: Track marketing metrics, generate insights, and coordinate with design, sales, and project management to close the loop.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Assist in creating compelling content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and website pages.
  • Social Media Management: Support the management of social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and tracking performance.
  • Campaign Support: Contribute to the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyse key marketing metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and project management, to support integrated marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems (CMS).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
