Meticulously proof-read marketing assets, copy, landing pages, and external comms to guarantee flawless grammar and strict alignment with our guidelines. - Inbox Management & Administration: Own and manage shared marketing inboxes. Triage inbound requests, organize digital assets, coordinate vendor invoices, and maintain the backend filing systems that keep our team running smoothly. - Cross-Functional Enablement: Support the wider marketing team with general logistics, event preparation, and digital asset organization to ensure projects launch seamlessly and on time.

Requirements

Nice to Have

- A Keen "Yes" Person: You bring infectious, can-do energy to the team. No task is too big or too small; you approach operational admin with the same enthusiasm as a major creative campaign. - A Creative Thinker: You don't just execute tasks blindly; you look at administrative workflows, social media trends, and asset management and constantly think of creative ways to make them better, sharper, and more efficient. - Autonomy & Collaboration in Equal Measure: You thrive on working together to brainstorm and align with the team, but you are equally energized by putting your headphones on, taking real accountability, and independently crushing your to-do list. - A Status-Quo Challenger: You are prepared to think big and do things differently. You aren't afraid to ask "why?" or suggest a faster, more scalable way of doing things. - Hungry to Progress: You have an insatiable desire to learn, grow, and develop your marketing skillset every single day.

Benefits

- Have real creative freedom, clear accountability, and zero red tape. - Move fast, think differently, and see your work come to life immediately. - Work from wherever you do your best thinking. - Join a company that is throwing out the rulebook for school marketing. - Opportunity to attend national and international team events.
