Job Summary

Own local store marketing across four locations by shaping strategy, driving footfall through paid ads, and coordinating signage, social, and PR campaigns with new channel experiments.

Local Growth & Channel Expansion: Shape marketing vision, test new channels (magazines, billboards, influencer partnerships)
Store-Level Activation & Footfall: Paid ads strategy, in-store merchandising, signage placements, social content per store
Community & Partnerships: Local press, youth/sports sponsorships, charitable giving, PR initiatives

Job Description

Responsibilities

Shaping the marketing vision and strategy for the company’s 4 stores and future stores
Developing a measurable and performing paid ads strategy to increase footfall
In-store advertisement/merchandising design and implementation
Local Press engagement
PR initiatives (e.g. youth/sports team sponsorships and charitable donations)
Ensure social content is going out for each store’s social pages
Ideation - must bring ideas to the table across all mediums
New marketing channels and mediums (e.g. physical magazines, local billboards, influencer partnerships)
Finding areas local to our stores where we can implement effective signage to promote our stores.
