Responsibilities

• Creating high-quality content for our homes across the group, developing, implementing and overseeing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Creating engaging press releases to promote the group’s projects, events and successes.
• Managing and optimising digital marketing efforts, and conducting market research to identify trends, target audiences and competitive insights.
• Creating engaging social media posts across a range of platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.

Requirements

• The successful Marketing Executive will have proven experience within a marketing role, with a track record of managing successful social media accounts.
• You will have a creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Previous experience using tools including Canva and Photoshop is advantageous, as well as a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• We require our Marketing Executives to have excellent written and communication skills, and a strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Preferred

• A degree in Marketing or other related fields is advantageous.
