Own and grow social channels and content for a digital fashion/gaming brand, combining short-form video, copy, and influencer coordination to drive multi-channel campaigns and trend-driven growth.
- Social channel ownership: manage and grow Republiqe and Hex on key platforms.
- Content production: create short-form video, imagery, and copy to fuel campaigns.
- Campaign support: assist planning and execution across B2B and B2C and measure performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow republiqe and hex social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Create engaging content including short-form video, imagery, and written copy
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C audiences
- Write website copy, blog content, and support basic SEO optimisation
- Assist with influencer and creator outreach, coordination, and relationship management
- Support campaign reporting by tracking performance metrics and insights
- Contribute ideas for new campaigns, activations, and growth strategies
- Stay on top of trends across fashion, gaming, and digital culture
Requirements
- A genuine interest in fashion, digital trends, and gaming environments
- Strong understanding of Gen Z & Gen Alpha audiences and online communities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative
- Multi-channel social media management (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Content creation (short-form video, visuals, captions)
- Website copywriting and basic SEO understanding
- Influencer and creator outreach/management
- Experience supporting both B2B and B2C marketing campaigns
- Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking
- Familiarity with platforms such as Roblox or similar (highly desirable)
Preferred
- Experience working with digital fashion, gaming, or virtual environments
- Understanding of UGC and community-led marketing
- Experience with events, activations, or brand collaborations
