Job Summary

Own multi-brand lead generation and data-driven marketing that directly fuels sales pipeline, balancing campaign design, data integrity, and cross-team execution.

  • Lead generation and funnel optimization across Knovia Group brands, tying campaigns to revenue targets
  • Marketing data integrity and performance analytics to inform decisions and report on conversion and revenue impact
  • Campaign execution support, content creation, and collaboration with marketing and sales to ensure consistent, commercially focused programs

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and delivery of lead generation campaigns across Knovia Group brands
  • Design and execute data-led marketing campaigns to drive employer and learner acquisition
  • Work closely with commercial and sales teams across the group to ensure leads are effectively managed and converted
  • Ensure marketing activity contributes directly to sales pipeline growth and commercial targets
  • Maintain and manage marketing and prospect data across the business
  • Analyse campaign performance across channels and brands to track: lead generation, conversion rates, campaign performance, marketing contribution to revenue
  • Produce regular performance reporting to support data-driven marketing decisions
  • Manage and optimise email marketing campaigns and marketing automation journeys in DotDigital
  • Build and maintain automated lead nurturing programmes to support learner and employer engagement
  • Ensure accurate and consistent data integration between DotDigital and Salesforce CRM

Requirements

  • Experience in a commercial marketing or Marketing Executive role
  • Experience working within the apprenticeship or care sector
  • Strong experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Experience using marketing automation or email marketing platforms, ideally DotDigital or similar
  • Experience working with lead generation campaigns and marketing funnels
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and optimise campaign performance
  • Ability to manage own time and resources effectively
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders

Preferred

  • Previous experience working in education, apprenticeships, or skills-based sectors would be advantageous
