Job Summary

Own the social and OTA content engine for a multi-property hospitality group, shaping on-brand storytelling across social, listings, and events to drive occupancy and direct bookings.

  • Content ownership: produce photo/video content for rooms, F&B, events, and guest experiences across platforms.
  • Channel orchestration: manage posting, scheduling, and optimization on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok; supervise OTA listings and content to boost visibility and conversions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging, high-quality photo and video content showcasing bedrooms, meeting rooms, food & beverage offerings, events, and guest experiences.
  • Produce short-form video content for social media platforms
  • Manage, schedule, and monitor content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all hotel properties.
  • Develop creative campaigns that increase audience reach, engagement, and direct bookings.
  • Manage and update hotel content across OTA platforms including Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com and other third-party channels.
  • Ensure all hotel listings are accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand standards, including photography, descriptions, facilities, and promotional content.
  • Optimise OTA content to maximise visibility, conversion, and booking performance.
  • Work closely with Revenue and Sales teams to ensure promotions and offers are effectively communicated across all channels.
  • Monitor competitor listings and industry trends to maintain a competitive online presence.

Requirements

  • Previous marketing experience within the hotel, hospitality, or travel industry is essential.
  • Experience managing OTA platforms and hotel listings.
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms for a business or brand.
  • Strong photography, videography, and content creation skills.
  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar editing tools.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities.
  • Good understanding of paid social advertising and digital marketing strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, properties, and deadlines effectively.
  • Willingness to travel regularly between properties.
