Job Summary

Own and optimize cross channel digital marketing for growth, with hands on social, email, SEO and site improvements that move brand and performance metrics.

  • Growth through Social & Paid: plan, execute, and optimise multi platform campaigns with clear ROAS/acceleration signals.
  • Website & SEO: drive site performance, content optimization and UX to lift traffic and conversions.
  • Analytics & Reporting: turn data into actionable recommendations for campaigns, site and audience insights.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • From social media and email campaigns to SEO, website improvements and analytics, you'll play a key role in growing our clients’ services and strengthening their brand.
  • Digital marketing - Create, manage and optimise paid and organic social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Email and SMS marketing - Build, schedule and send email and WhatsApp campaigns.
  • Website and SEO - Help improve our website performance through SEO, content optimisation and user experience enhancements.
  • Reporting and insights - Analyse campaign, website and audience data to identify trends, opportunities and recommendations.
  • Events and brand support - Assist with the planning, promotion and delivery of internal and external events.
  • You'll help attract outstanding care professionals, connect families with life-changing care services and promote specialist training.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a marketing role (min of 18 months), with digital experience
  • Good understanding of social media marketing, both paid and organic .
  • Experience of google analytics
  • Understanding of SEO principles and website optimisation .
  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and reporting.
  • You will have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available) as well as a full UK driving licence

Preferred

  • Ideally experience of Salesforce or other CRMs

  • 37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm with flexibility needed, office based - Whitstable
