Job Summary

Own integrated campaigns and events end to end while optimizing CRM, CMS and analytics with AI-enabled tooling.

  • Campaigns & events ownership: plan, execute and evaluate across channels.
  • Systems & analytics: improve reporting, segmentation and campaign tracking.
  • Cross-functional alignment: partner with Sales/Marketing and streamline processes to boost efficiency.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage planning, coordination and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns from concept through to evaluation.
  • Operational delivery of exhibitions, conferences, webinars, networking events and partner activities.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure campaigns support business development, lead generation and commercial objectives.
  • Coordinate marketing activity across internal departments and external partners, ensuring campaigns and events are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Support the ongoing development and optimisation of CRM, CMS and marketing systems, ensuring accurate reporting, audience segmentation and campaign tracking.
  • Analyse campaign and event performance, using data and insights to make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support digital marketing activity, including website content, email marketing and marketing automation.
  • Champion the use of AI tools and emerging marketing technologies to improve efficiency, campaign effectiveness and marketing innovation.
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to improve operational processes, workflows and planning across the marketing function.
  • Ensure compliance with branding and messaging standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' marketing experience

Preferred

  • CIM qualified (or working towards CIM)
  • Strong campaign and project management experience
  • Experience coordinating events and working with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience using CRM and CMS platforms
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and campaign reporting
  • Commercially minded with excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with multiple projects running simultaneously
  • Collaborative and team-oriented
