Job Summary

Own end-to-end multimedia production for video, animation, and graphic design, coordinating from briefing to delivery and guiding storytelling across social, web, and campaigns.

  • Own video editing, post production, and motion graphics across digital channels.
  • Lead visual concepting and design assets to ensure brand consistency and timely campaign delivery.
  • Shape storyboarding and scripting with cross-functional partners to drive engaging creative concepts.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver high-quality video and multimedia content across digital channels, including social and web
  • Manage full post-production workflows, including editing, colour grading, audio, and final delivery using Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Scope, design and produce motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects, advising teams across the business
  • Develop graphic design assets for campaigns and communications, ensuring strong visual consistency
  • Prepare design work for production using Adobe InDesign, including layouts for digital and print collateral
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to develop engaging visual concepts and campaign assets
  • Manage projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations are met
  • Provide creative input into storyboarding, scripting, and content planning
  • Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity
  • Keep up to date with latest trends and innovation in video, animation, and digital design

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Strong working knowledge of: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Motion graphics and animation workflows
  • Video editing, colour correction, and audio post-production
  • Experience in a multimedia, motion graphics or creative services role
  • A professional services environment is beneficial, but not essential
  • Digital design and interactive content creation tools would be an advantage e.g. Ceros or Foleon
  • A portfolio demonstrating video editing, animation and graphic design work
  • Ability to apply critical thinking when using AI-generated outputs, including checking accuracy, tone, inclusivity and alignment with brand, house style and strategic messaging

Preferred

  • A portfolio demonstrating video editing, animation and graphic design work
  • Photography skills, including shooting and basic photo editing, would be advantageous
