Job Summary

Own the early to mid stage marketing workflow by turning ideas into structured campaigns, coordinating content creation, and building the operating system that scales growth across channels.

  • Content and Campaign Ownership: plan and produce growth content, briefs, and campaigns across social, product demos, customer stories, and events.
  • Systems and Execution: maintain calendars, dashboards, and asset libraries; coordinate freelancers and partners; track progress and optimize funnels.
  • Channel-to-Impact: align content, email, paid, and journeys to turn attention into customers and support product launches.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Turn ideas into action by turning ideas into structured plans and helping make them happen; research topics and opportunities; build campaign plans; create content briefs; organise resources; coordinate projects; track progress; follow up actions.
  • Plan, film, edit and publish content to support growth; create social media content, product demonstrations, educational content, behind-the-scenes content, customer stories and testimonials, workshop and event content, marketing campaigns.
  • Support marketing systems and campaigns to turn attention into customers; assist email marketing campaigns; support paid advertising campaigns (Meta and other channels); help improve customer journeys and funnels; support product launches; track campaign performance; maintain marketing assets and resources; support ambassador and partnership programmes; look for opportunities to improve marketing performance.
  • Help build the Marketing Operating System by contributing to Notion workspaces, marketing calendars, KPI dashboards, Google Sheets, campaign planning systems, project management systems, marketing processes and documentation; coordinate with freelancers, creators and specialist partners; help scale the function for future leadership roles.

Requirements

  • 37.5 hours per week (working arrangement noted)
  • In person at Forest of Dean workshop
  • Experience in marketing or content-focused roles (as listed under what we'd love to see) may be beneficial but not mandatory.
