Job Summary

Own the operational engine for audience growth by coordinating brand-wide campaigns across events, fan experiences, and partner activations, while keeping timelines, budgets and cross-team alignment tight.

  • Campaign orchestration across marketing, events and partnerships with end-to-end delivery ownership.
  • Cross-functional leadership linking Marketing, Commercial, Community, Performance and Operations to stay aligned on priorities.
  • Fan experience planning and event activation with joined-up, brand-consistent execution.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the delivery of marketing campaigns across ticketing, memberships, merchandise, community programmes and events.
  • Update and maintain campaign plans, timelines and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
  • Track progress against objectives and identify risks before they become issues.
  • Support the Head of Audience Growth in delivering the Audience Growth strategy.
  • Act as the link between Marketing, Commercial, Community, Performance and Operations.
  • Ensure internal stakeholders are aligned on priorities, timelines and deliverables.
  • Coordinate planning meetings and maintain visibility across projects.
  • Help create a culture of accountability and delivery.
  • Work alongside the Events & Operations team to bring the Panthers brand to life at matches and events.

Requirements

  • Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, projects or events.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders and departments.
  • Experience briefing and managing agencies or suppliers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and manage competing deadlines.
  • Experience using project management tools and marketing platforms.

Preferred

  • Experience in sport, entertainment, events or live experiences
  • Experience working within a brand-led organisation
  • Understanding of audience growth, ticketing or fan engagement
