Own multi-channel campaign delivery with CRM, social, and creative execution while coordinating cross-functionally and staying within sprint governance to drive compliant, on-brief results.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • supporting the delivery of campaigns that help advisers and clients better understand the value of Private Medical Insurance and preventative health support
  • bringing campaigns to life across CRM, social and creative channels
  • working closely with a wide range of internal teams and external partners
  • keeping activity moving, working in an agile way to manage your own tasks within sprint cycles, maintaining visibility of progress, and ensuring campaigns land on time, on brief and to a high standard and adhering to governance and Financial Promotions processes
  • supporting the delivery of B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring consistent and effective execution
  • managing your own workload within sprint planning cycles, tracking progress and proactively flagging any risks
  • close coordination with internal teams and external agencies, alongside preparing detailed briefs and ensuring all activity aligns with agreed objectives
  • maintaining campaign assets and making sure all outputs meet compliance standards
  • support campaign reporting by tracking KPIs and providing performance updates
  • contributing to a test-and-learn approach, helping to continuously refine and improve campaign effectiveness

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing or campaign delivery preferred but not essential
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail alongside a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and managing priorities
  • An interest in marketing delivery across CRM, digital and content
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to learn

Preferred

  • Experience in marketing or campaign delivery preferred but not essential
