Job Summary

Own brand and demand-driven marketing as the central owner of social, email, and loyalty programs while turning data into growth decisions for a burger-first brand.

  • Brand and Social Ownership: steer Instagram, Facebook and future channels, with two to three posts per week and proactive content that fuels engagement.
  • Campaign Planning and Data Insight: plan digital campaigns, track ROI and KPIs, optimize spend, and run tests to lift performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Driving the Brand Forward through our social media and marketing platforms.
  • Leading and managing the marketing initiatives for TBB, using market research and analysis to drive strategic marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with senior directors and internal teams to achieve financial and marketing objectives. Inclusive of Oktoberfest, Christmas, NYE, Three Brothers Boogies.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and display advertising. Develop and implement seasonal newsletters and other promotional materials.
  • Brainstorm and propose new and creative growth strategies.
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns that make people say “we need burgers tonight” and push forward initiatives to grow our lunch trade.
  • Dream up fresh ideas to keep the brand exciting, loud, and proudly Bristol.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs. Identify trends and optimize marketing spend and performance based on data-driven insights.
  • Oversee database management, consolidating data from multiple sources (Website, SevenRooms, Piggy, Captive WIFI, Trybe, Sprout).
  • Manage and develop the loyalty scheme, beginning with members and expanding to all customers as needed. With potential to launch at sister site, Thames Lido if successful.

Requirements

  • A passion for storytelling, branding, and creating content with personality
  • Confidence with data, CRM tools, and pulling insights from numbers
  • Strong communication skills and an eye for detail
  • A natural collaborator who enjoys working with different teams
  • A genuine love for great food and great hospitality (burgers help)
