We provide tools and resources online, as well as a free consultation to talk through the divorce process. Many people don’t realise they don’t need lawyers to get divorced. At amicable, we guide couples through the practical and emotional decisions that follow a separation, helping them reach clear agreements about money, property and co-parenting, with less conflict and more confidence. The amicable process is designed around minimising conflict, increasing collaboration, and giving couples the best possible chance to end their relationship in an amicable way. We work with both people together, not one side against the other. Our focus is always on what comes next and on helping families reach arrangements that reflect their unique circumstances, reduce stress and support long-term stability. We can help couples with as little or as much as they need, from formalising agreements to the complete application, negotiation, and finalising of the divorce. We also offer a free-to-employer benefit that provides employees with discreet, compassionate guidance during separation.
