  • Measurement and optimization: Track KPIs, assess impact of activations, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing deployment, consumer experience, multi-channel activation or similar roles (5+ years)
  • Strong understanding of key marketing principles, including consumer needs and journey mapping, and activation touchpoints
  • Commercially driven and consumer-centric mindset, with creativity in developing impactful solutions
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Cross-functional leadership and collaborative approach, working effectively across teams and stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking, performance measurement, and optimization
  • Resilient and adaptable, able to operate in a dynamic, fast-changing and highly regulated environment
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • University degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent discipline
