Own cross-channel marketing coordination in the UK, aligning digital campaigns, events, and brand work while keeping multiple stakeholders in sync and on schedule.

  • Coordinate campaigns, assets, and approvals across channels to keep programs moving.
  • Manage calendars and inboxes to triage requests and drive on-time delivery.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work with the UK Marketing team to support and coordinate delivery of marketing activity across multiple channels, including digital campaigns, marketing automation, website, events, and brand/creative projects
  • Act as a central coordination point for marketing activities, ensuring timelines, tasks, and deliverables are tracked and completed across stakeholders
  • Manage shared inboxes and marketing calendars, including triaging requests, responding to queries, and assigning and tracking actions through to completion
  • Support digital marketing activities, including campaign coordination, social media support, and marketing asset management
  • Assist with marketing automation, website updates and content management, working with internal teams and external partners as required
  • Support the planning and delivery of in-person and virtual events, including logistics, supplier coordination, and material distribution
  • Assist with coordination of internal marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects

Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a marketing, coordination, or administrative role
  • Marketing degree or relevant certification
  • Experience supporting general marketing activities
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

  • Knowledge of BSL (British Sign Language) desirable
  • Familiarity with Canva, Salesforce, Jira and Confluence, or similar tools
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing and social media
