Job Summary

Own the day to day of a rural marketing support function with a mix of campaign execution, content creation, social, research, events, analytics, and cross‑team collaboration.

  • Event logistics and follow up with internal and external partners.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Content Creation: Draft social media posts, website updates, email newsletters, and basic promotional materials in line with brand guidelines.
  • Social Media Management: Monitor social channels, schedule posts, engage with audiences, and report on performance metrics.
  • Market & Competitor Research: Gather insights to support campaign planning, audience targeting, and product positioning.
  • Event & Project Support: Help organise events, webinars, and promotional activities, including logistics, materials, and follow‑up communications.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track key marketing metrics, compile reports, and highlight opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, and external partners to support marketing initiatives.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain marketing calendars, update databases, manage assets, and support day‑to‑day team operations.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related discipline
  • OR
  • Equivalent experience demonstrating interest and capability in marketing
  • Language: English (required)

Preferred

  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics
  • Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, or paid advertising
  • Experience creating content for social media
  • Knowledge of the land-based/rural sector would be advantageous
  • Driving Licence with access to your own transport (preferred)
