Job Summary
Own the learning programme’s marketing and help drive CULT Cymru’s cultural-change agenda across Wales’ creative sectors.
- Learning-programme marketing ownership and cross-team collaboration to enable fairer, healthier, more inclusive creative industries.
- Stakeholder alignment with the CULT Cymru Project Manager and Mental Health & Wellbeing Co-ordinator to drive campaigns and events.
- Hybrid work with Cardiff base and part-time cadence shaping planning and delivery.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and market the learning programme to support CULT Cymru's vision of fairer, healthier, and more inclusive Wales' creative industries.
- Collaborate with the CULT Cymru Project Manager and the Mental Health and Wellbeing Co-ordinator to align marketing efforts with programme delivery.
- Based in Cardiff City Centre with weekly hybrid working from home.
Requirements
- Bilingual English/Welsh
- Fixed term contract until 31.03.27 for 21 hrs per week
- Based in the union’s Cardiff Office
- Hybrid work arrangement
Preferred
- Experience in marketing and promotion (team player who enjoys marketing and collaboration)
