Job Summary

Own the content engine for two education brands, shaping social, web and email storytelling with CMS discipline and cross-channel coordination.

  • Content creation and editing across social, web, and email channels
  • Graphic design and video production to support campaigns
  • Campaign planning and delivery for education audiences including Local Authorities and professionals

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Creating engaging digital content for social media, websites and email campaigns
  • Designing graphics and marketing materials
  • Producing and editing short-form video content
  • Supporting marketing campaigns from planning through to delivery
  • Assisting with conferences, exhibitions and events
  • Updating websites and digital platforms
  • Helping communicate our services to Local Authorities, professionals, families and partner organisations
  • Supporting the continued growth of two ambitious education brands with a strong social purpose

Requirements

  • Experience supporting marketing activity across digital and offline channels
  • Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills
  • Experience creating engaging social media graphics using Canva
  • Experience producing and editing short-form videos using CapCut or similar software
  • Experience using CMS platforms, email marketing systems and social media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Loomly, Dotdigital, Mailchimp or Pipedrive
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Experience within education, training, therapy or the not-for-profit sector
  • Experience supporting conferences, exhibitions or events
  • Understanding of marketing to Local Authorities or professional audiences
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
