Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist with planning and coordinating marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Create and schedule marketing content for digital and social media platforms.
Coordinate marketing materials, events, and promotional activities.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.
Support the development of email marketing and communication campaigns.
Work with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Conduct basic market and competitor research.
Help maintain website and marketing content where required.
Coordinate relationships with external suppliers and partners.
Contribute ideas to improve marketing performance and customer engagement.

Requirements

Good communication and organizational skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or similar software.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication is beneficial.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Previous experience in marketing, administration, customer service, communications, sales support, or a related role is beneficial but not essential.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
