Job Summary

Own content and social execution while keeping internal comms and events aligned, then prove marketing impact with simple analytics and reporting.

  • Content & Social: Create and schedule posts across channels and coordinate photography or videography for case studies.
  • Events & Assets: Plan exhibitions, awards, bid materials and branded presentations for consistent storytelling.
  • Ops & Analytics: Produce marketing updates, manage inboxes, and deliver accessible analytics for the team.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Creating and scheduling content across social media platforms
  • Supporting with website updates and news stories
  • Assisting with the planning and coordination of events, exhibitions and industry awards
  • Producing internal communications and company updates
  • Supporting with marketing reports and analytics
  • Coordinating photography, videography and project case studies
  • Assisting with branded materials, presentations and bid support
  • Managing marketing inboxes and day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Supporting wider marketing activities as required

Requirements

  • A relevant marketing qualification or degree is preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign)
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the North & Midlands.

Preferred

  • Marketing experience within construction, property or the built environment is desirable but not essential.
