Responsibilities

• Commercial Strategy & Budgeting: Formulate and execute the overarching marketing and commercial roadmap for the launch and continuous growth of the new restaurant operation. Maintain direct ownership of the marketing P&L, allocating budgets strategically across channels to ensure strong ROI.
• Brand Development & Launch Campaigning: Lead the creative design and execution of multi-channel launch campaigns to transition the brand identity from a premium bar to a high-end food and beverage destination.
• Data Analytics & Yield Management: Monitor and analyze customer demographic data, table-booking conversions, and third-party platform analytics. Utilize data-driven insights to adjust menu pricing strategies, peak/off-peak promotional frameworks, and maximize covers.
• Digital Outreach & PR Operations: Oversee all corporate digital communications, including website SEO, paid advertising infrastructure, and continuous social media positioning. Establish and manage strategic public relations networks, influencer partnerships, and localized media outreach.
• Vendor & Corporate Negotiations: Source, negotiate, and manage commercial relationships with external design agencies, print vendors, software suppliers (e.g., reservation and CRM platforms), and local corporate partnerships for private hire events.
