Job Summary

Own social channels and content across multiple brands, steering calendars, campaigns and branding with a focus on growth and consistency.

  • Own social channels: plan, produce, and optimize content across multiple businesses to drive engagement.
  • Campaigns and partnerships: develop creative campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives with suppliers and local brands.
  • Content operations: manage calendars, updates to websites, and improve online presentation and customer experience.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop social media channels across multiple businesses
  • Create engaging content including photography, graphics, video and written posts
  • Plan, schedule and manage content calendars
  • Produce newsletters and email marketing campaigns
  • Monitor engagement and identify opportunities for growth
  • Ensure branding remains consistent across all platforms
  • Research competitors, industry trends and new opportunities
  • Develop creative campaigns and promotional initiatives
  • Support event promotion and business marketing activities
  • Help maintain a professional, modern and engaging image across all businesses

Requirements

  • Previous experience in marketing, communications, social media, branding or a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience using social media platforms professionally
  • Good knowledge of Canva
  • Google Workspace and other digital tools
  • Ability to carry out independent research and solve problems
  • Full UK driving licence and access to transport
  • Ability to attend our Deal office weekly and occasionally visit sites
  • Professional references
  • Location: Deal office weekly and occasional site visits in London/South East

Preferred

  • Experience within hospitality, property or construction sectors
  • Website editing experience (WordPress or similar)
  • Photography and video editing skills
  • Email marketing experience
  • SEO knowledge
  • Event planning or event promotion experience
  • Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and generate ideas
