Job Summary

Own end-to-end event leadership with a clear ownership of strategy, planning, and post-event evaluation, while controlling budgets, sourcing venues, and negotiating with suppliers.

  • Event Strategy & Execution: End-to-end planning and post-event evaluation across in-person and virtual formats.
  • Budget & Vendor Management: Budget control, supplier relations, contracts, and venue sourcing.
  • Logistics & Registration Ops: Manage logistics, catering, demos, virtual components, and CRM/registration platforms.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Providing full end-to-end event management, including event strategy, planning, execution, and post-event evaluation
  • Managing event budgets, supplier negotiations, contracts, and venue sourcing
  • Coordinating all event logistics, including catering, demonstrations, and virtual event requirements
  • Managing event registration platforms and CRM applications
  • Ensuring consistency of approach, adherence to best practices, and maintenance of high event management standards

Requirements

  • Previous marketing and event management experience ideally within Financial Services
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set clear priorities, manage supplier relationships and manage budgets and invoicing
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in Marketing, Advertising or Business
  • Results and detail oriented, with strong project management skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills and ability to work autonomously
  • A hands-on and solution driven attitude
  • You must be willing to travel within the UK/Europe at least once per month for 2/3 days

Preferred

  • Experience with Salesforce marketing
  • Fluency in Spanish or other European languages
